By using VacationGuide you agree to post honest content, respect other travellers, and accept that listings, prices and availability shown here are indicative.
Using your account
You must be 18 or over to create an account, keep your sign-in details secure, and use one account per person. We may suspend accounts used to post fake reviews, spam or abuse.
Content you post
You keep ownership of your reviews, photos and forum posts, and you grant us a licence to display them on VacationGuide. You confirm the content is your own first-hand experience and that you have the right to publish any photos you upload.
Bookings with third parties
Prices, availability and descriptions are supplied by the businesses listed and are indicative. Your booking contract is with that business, not with VacationGuide, and their cancellation and refund terms apply.
Our intellectual property
The VacationGuide name, design, rankings and AI-generated summaries belong to us. You may link to and quote short extracts with attribution, but you may not scrape or republish the content in bulk.
Liability and disputes
We provide the site as-is and are not liable for the conduct of listed businesses or other users. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions go to hello@vacationguide.co.uk.
