Elie Chain Walk

Overview

A scrambling route around Kincraig Point on fixed chains and cut steps — thrilling, and strictly a low-tide outing.

Set in Elie & Earlsferry, it's an easy base for exploring East Neuk of Fife. A string of pantiled fishing villages along Fife's south-east corner — Elie, St Monans, Pittenweem, Anstruther, Cellardyke and Crail — linked by the Fife Coastal Path.
